Larry has been a member of Southampton’s business community since 1983.

Joe has been advising clients in the Southampton business community since 2001. Robert has been active in advancing technology for his firm, which translated into consulting for his clients. Playing an integral role in continued growth, Robert has extensive knowledge in nonprofit, business, foreign and high net worth taxation. He is a member of both the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs and currently serves as a secretary of the Southampton Business Alliance. Robert received a B.A. in accounting from Long Island University.

Ann is a founding member of the business Alliance as well as the first Executive Director of the Alliance., a position she held for 20 years. Ann also is president and CEO of her own business consulting company and the Omnibuzz Building Permit List.

Rocco is a comprehensive Wealth Advisor specializing in Business Owners, CEO’s and Entrepreneurs. He has appeared on Fox, NBC and his financial insights have been featured in publications including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Wealth Management Magazine as well as many other local and regional publications. Rocco is a member of the Columbus Citizens Foundation and has also served on the board of The American Heart Association, East End Hospice, and Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center and serves as the Vice President of Integrated Medical Foundation.

Former Suffolk County Economic Development Assistant and presently Rechler Equity’s Director of Tenant and Community Outreach programming, Ellen’s “knowledge of Gabreski Airport and the surrounding North and South Fork business communities is unparalleled, as is her ability to foster economic development.”
MOLLIE SCRUGGS, Compass Real Estate
Mollie moved to Southampton from Miami in 1987 and started Southampton Limousine, Ltd, the first and largest limousine/car service in The Hamptons. She earned a sterling reputation and built an enviable local network, but also honed a devotion to discretion and confidentiality in dealing with high-profile clientele. After selling her highly successful company in 2019, Mollie started in real estate and presently works for Compass Hamptons. Emblematic of her devotion to the community, Mollie has served on the board of directors for The Southampton Business Alliance for 12 years, volunteers at the Southampton Animal Shelter and also an ambassador for Compass Cares.
ARAM TERCHUNIAN, First Coastal Consulting
A nationally-renowned coastal geologist and environmental scientist with First Coastal Corporation, Westhampton Beach. Aram is widely recognized in national media for his specialties including coastal resiliency, wetlands management, nature-based shoreline stabilization, coastal regulatory compliance, and endangered species. Aram received his BS in Environmental Science and Resource Management/Geology from Lehigh University and his MS from the University of Delaware.
JOHN TORTORELLA, Elliptic Works, LLC
Founder/General Manager of Elliptic Works, LLC, John is also a founding member of the Southampton Business Alliance and original owner/operator of J. Tortorella Custom Gunite Pools and the Tortorella Group 1981- 2021. John continues to advocate for small businesses through relationships and channels fostered over his 44 years in Southampton.
BILL WRIGHT, Par East Mortgage Company
A Marist College graduate with a degree in Marketing and Finance, Bill is co-owner of Par East Mortgage, servicing New York and Florida, specializing in commercial and residential lending. Bill has been featured on CBS MoneyWatch and offers a free first-time homebuying class at the Southampton Library. In addition to his loan origination work, Bill is a sitting board member of the architectural review board of the Town of Southampton and has actively engaged with the East End community by serving as a board member of several local businesses, charities, and town government organizations.

Brian is the Founder and CEO of BGT; additionally, owning and investing in a host of business ventures. Brian serves as a Trustee for the Village of Westhampton Beach and is involved in a host of community organizations.

A passionate advocate for Long Island commerce, Kristy has been dedicated to providing creative and communication solutions to the business community for over two decades, with her journey successfully extending into the civic sector of the east-end. With a rich and diverse background in design, marketing, public relations, and project management, Kristy is also an accomplished small-business owner. She leads a New York State Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), committed to enhancing the visibility and impact of businesses and organizations across Long Island.
The Southampton Business Alliance is an advocacy group protecting the interests of the business community and the hundreds of families that rely on those businesses in the Town of Southampton. We provide a unique government relations function that responds to legislative and regulatory burdens and opportunities in a timely and effective manner. Our goal is to achieve a balance that best serves the economy, the environment and the people of our Township. The Southampton Business Alliance is a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501-C-6 of the Internal Revenue Code.
