We’re building 2 “attainable” homes designated for local workforce on lots at Moses Lane and Magee Street, on land donated to us by the Town of Southampton in 2016. This is our third project, coordinated by Business Alliance Board Member Tony Panza of Turtle Pond Builders, with construction by John Guido of Manzi Construction (selected by bid).
